Philosophy

台湾・奇萊山、標高2,000メートル。私たちはその土地を Chilai Domaine と呼び、雲海に包まれた山域を Chilai Mont と名付けました。建物ではなく、土地そのものがシャトーであるという考え方。それが、私たちのドメーヌです。

High above the plains of Taiwan, at an altitude exceeding 2,000 meters. We call this land Chilai Domaine. And the tea born within its drifting clouds, Chilai Mont. Here, value is not defined by architecture or scale, but by altitude, mist, wind, and time. This philosophy is the foundation of our Domaine.

私たちが向き合っているのは、茶葉です。その茶葉が育つ場所は、雲海に包まれ、太陽と霧が交差する場所。昼夜の寒暖差、湿度、風―― 地上とは異なる環境のすべてが、茶葉に渋みのない甘さと、白玉のような柔らかさを与えます。

What we face is the tea leaf itself. It grows above the clouds where temperature, humidity, and wind shape its character. This environment creates a purity and depth that cannot be replicated.
